# Pulse Platform

> Pulse Platform is the healthcare operations platform for home care and home health agencies, behavioral health providers (including addiction treatment, mental health, recovery support, and ABA programs), and skilled nursing facilities. It runs intake, authorizations, scheduling, and case management, plus caregiver recruiting, credentialing and compliance, EVV, and family engagement, on one platform. Pricing is $79 per user per month with every module included. Pulse is built on Salesforce Health Cloud.

What makes it different: one record for the patient and the caregiver from intake through authorizations, scheduling, and case management; reporting, automation, and mobile access included; and integration with the EMR or EHR a provider already runs instead of rip-and-replace. Pulse integrates with HHAeXchange and AlayaCare; other integrations are scoped individually.

Pricing: $79 per user per month, every module included. Custom Enterprise pricing for organizations with 500+ users. Add-ons are custom-priced. Organizations that already license Salesforce Health Cloud can add the Pulse Managed Package Overlay for $10 per user per month.

Behavioral health proof: a peer support organization serving people in substance use disorder recovery and CareWorks ABA, a multi-state ABA provider, each launched intake on Pulse in four weeks.
