Why usage-based pricing

Per-seat pricing breaks for meeting intelligence. When a tool charges per seat, the people who most need access to the data (managers, enablement leads, RevOps analysts, executives) often don't get it because the seat math doesn't work. The result: the coaching and insight stays locked inside the UI of the quota-carrying rep, and the organization never gets smarter from the call.

Pulse charges per org, not per person. You pay for the value delivered (meetings captured), and every person who needs to see the intelligence can log in at no additional cost. If your manager wants to inspect deals, your enablement lead wants to spot coaching moments across the team, or your RevOps analyst wants conversational signals feeding scoring models, they all get in at the same price.

Annual billing saves ~15%. Overages are billed monthly at $0.68/hour (Starter) or $0.64/hour (Premium). Transparent, no surprise invoices.

Pricing questions

What counts as an "hour" in the hour allocation?

One meeting-hour is one hour of meeting captured by Pulse, regardless of how many participants are on the call. A 30-minute Google Meet call with five participants counts as 0.5 hours. A 60-minute Zoom call counts as 1 hour.

What happens if I exceed my plan's included hours?

Overages are billed monthly at $0.68/hour (Starter) or $0.64/hour (Premium). There's no hard cap. Your team keeps capturing meetings and you pay for the overage on the next invoice. Enterprise customers negotiate a custom volume rate.

Can I add users later without additional cost?

Yes. Every Pulse plan includes unlimited users. Add reps, managers, enablement, and RevOps without paying more per person. You only pay more if your team captures more meeting-hours than your plan includes.

Do you offer a free trial?

Not today. Starter is $89/month and installs in under 10 minutes, which is designed to be a low-friction way for a single team to try Pulse without a formal trial process. If you want a guided walkthrough before paying, book a demo and we'll show you a live call captured end-to-end.

Do you offer nonprofit or startup pricing?

We evaluate nonprofit and early-stage discounts case-by-case. If you're a registered 501(c)(3) or a pre-revenue startup, email info@pulseplatform.co with your context and we'll review.

What's included in Enterprise that isn't in Premium?

Enterprise adds a dedicated implementation engineer, ongoing premium SLA, custom consulting schedule, custom contracts/billing, and enterprise security features (SSO, HIPAA, Zero Data Retention). It's structured for organizations with formal procurement, security review, and implementation requirements.

How does annual billing work?

Annual billing is paid upfront and priced at ~15% off the monthly rate: Starter $900/year ($75/mo effective), Premium $2,580/year ($215/mo effective). Overages are still billed monthly at the plan's overage rate.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Monthly plans can change tier at any time; the new rate takes effect the next billing cycle. Annual customers can upgrade to a higher tier mid-term with pro-rated pricing, or downgrade at the end of the annual term.
